The annual evaluation meeting of Chinese Cassava Agro-industrial Research System (CCARS) was successfully held in Jiangxi Galactic Garden International Hotel, on March 1, 2015. Leaders of Ministry of Agriculture and local government and representatives of CCARS attended the annual event. Prof. Peng Zhang from SCCB, together with Qiuxiang Ma attended the event. On the meeting, Director Shi Lei from MOA and local government leaders gave welcome speech and addressed the importance of CCARS in Chinese agriculture system. The Principle Investigator, the Scientists of different research laboratories and Agents of different research stations reported their achievements and shared the latest research progresses and the useful experience in 2016. The result of evaluation was immediately released to public on the meeting.

After the evaluation, the members of CCARS discussed the key technology recommendation for MOA and made assignment accordingly.
