On May 24, 2011, Technician Ms. Huimin Li from Guangxi Institute of Cassava (GIC) visited our center for 4-month training on cassava biotechnology. During her stay, she learned cassava tissue culture and genetic transformation technology under the supervision by Mrs. Jia Liu. The Exchange promoted the progress of the project "Molecular breeding for high starch cassava" and strengthened the bilateral collaboration between SCCB and GIC.
